摘 要：国家对于工业锅炉的节能降耗十分重视，质检总局提出积极推广高耗能特种设备节能审查和监管。因此，工业锅炉用户从运行节能、减垢节能、作业运行入手，采用新技术，新方法，优化系统，提高管理水平和操作技能，完成工业锅炉节能降耗工作。
