国有企业人力资源的整合与管理

摘 要:随着国际经济一体化进程的不断发展,国有企业改革也迈出了长足的步伐,如何让职工做到人尽其才,防止人才外流等一系列问题也成为国有企业所面临的迫在眉睫的难题。因此从职工思想和企业管理机制入手,深入研究国有企业的人力资源整合与管理是十分必要和非常及时的,对国有企业的长期稳定发展将具有不可估量的意义。
The Integration and Management of Human Resource in State-owned Enterprise

Abstract: With the developing of integration of international economy, the reform of state-owned enterprise has taken a significant step. It have been a forcing problems, such as how to make employees do his best, how to prevent brain drain, and some other issues for State-owned enterprise to deal with. So, based on the employees’ mentality and management mechanism, it’s necessary and very timely to deeply study the integration and management of human resource in state-owned enterprise, which is also meaningful for the long-tern development of state-owned enterprise.
