比重瓶法测定PBT树脂密度

摘 要：介绍了测定聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBT）密度的比重瓶法及其原理。笔者对不同来源的PBT进行多次重复测试，实验结果证明，以乙醇或煤油为浸渍液时，可得出PBT的密度，而乙醇为浸渍液时的测试结果的重复性相对较好，结果较为准确，对评价对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂（PBT）的密度提供了可行的参考方法。】
Determination of the Density of PBT Resin-Pycnometer method

Abstract：Density pycnometer method in the determination of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and corresponding principle are introduced in the paper. The author does a number of duplicate tests of PBT from different sources, and experimental results show that we can draw the density of PBT if ethanol or kerosene is taken as impregnating solution. When the ethanol solution is used for the impregnation, the test result of the repeatability is relatively good with more accurate results, providing a feasible method of reference for the evaluation of PBT resin density.
