对高等学校科研创新团队建设的思考

摘 要：本文分析了建立高等学校科研创新团队的必要性和意义，并针对建立科研创新团队的应注意的问题进行了分析，结合高校的实际情况给出了自己的见解。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the necessity and significance of some concerning problems in terms of establishing new scientific research and innovation team in colleges and universities.
