摘 要：地方农业高校科技人员经过长期的科研积累形成一批有价值的科技档案成果。加强档案收集工作,丰富档案信息资源；从众多科研成果中精心筛选出一批项目服务“三农”；面向民众，创新科技档案服务方式。是农业高校档案工作服务“三农”,改善“民生”之重要举措。

Abstract: There are many valuable local Science and Technologies archives have been collected by local Agricultural Universities’ archivists. How to enhance archive collection work and select practical ones from vast archive information resources to serve the local Agriculture, farmers and countryside has become a hot issue we concern to build up the new socialism countryside. This paper focused on how to transform the traditional methods of archive management to bring profits for local people.
