MNE技术外溢性对高新技术产业集群技术进步的影响研究

摘 要：技术进步是经济增长的核心因素和经济可持续发展的源泉。MNE的技术外溢性对技术进步有重要影响。我国高新技术产业集群在发展中存在不利于技术进步的因素。文中对MNE的技术溢出效应的理论进行了分析，并提出我国高新技术产业集群强化技术外溢性的建议。
The Impact of MNE Technology Outside Over High and New Technology Industries Cluster Technological Progress Studies

Abstract: Technological progress is the economic growth core factor and economy sustainable development wellhead. The MNE Spillover technology has important effect to technological progress. There are some adverse factors for technological progress in development of China's high-tech industrial clusters.This paper analyzes the theory of spillover effect of NME, then makes suggestions for strenghthening Spillovere technology of our high-tech industrial clusters.
