军事技术创新的社会功能

摘 要：文章认为因战争的紧迫性和国家安全的需要，最先进的技术往往产生于军事领域，军事技术创新成为科学技术发展的先导。先进的军事技术可以转化为民用，因而表现出多重社会功能：不仅在战争时期表现为战斗力，在在和平时期表现为威慑力，在经济发展上表现为生产力，在国家利益扩展上表现为后盾力。
