加强科技档案鉴定工作的思考

摘 要：鉴定是科技档案工作的内容之一，它决定科技档案存毁，对优化馆藏，提高科技档案工作效益，具有十分重要的意义。目前对归档的科技档案价值缺乏鉴定，主要原因在于：没有统一的鉴定操作办法，对科技档案鉴定工作重视不够，缺乏高素质的科技档案鉴定人才等。要做好科技档案鉴定工作，必须加强对科技档案鉴定工作重要性的认识，确立科技档案鉴定标准，提高科技档案鉴定人员的素质。

Abstract: The appraisal is one work of scientific and technological archives, which determines the preservation or destruction of scientific and technological archives and has important significance to optimize archival holdings and improves the efficiency of scientific and technological archives work. Now, the archives appraisal is lacking. There is no unified appraisal operation method, people pay less attention to the appraisal work, and shortage of high quality talents, all these are the main reasons of problems. In order to strengthen the appraisal work of scientific and technological archives, we must understand the importance of appraisal work, appraisal standard must be established, and quality and skills of archives personnel must be improved.
