摘 要：本文通过介绍了广西柳州钢铁股份有限公司中板厂探伤系统的设计思路，并对主要构成部分做了比较详细的解释，提出了一些探伤的新方法，在现场进行攻关论证，实现中厚板JGC-T超声波在线探伤的过程。

Abstract：By introducing the design idea of median plate flaw detection system of Guangxi Liuzhou Iron&Steel CO,LTD., and explaining the main component parts relative particularly, this paper suggests some new ways for metal flaw detection and study on the spot to realize the line flaw detection of plate by ultrasonic of JGC-T system.
