新形势下石油企业科技管理工作的现状与思考

摘 要：科技管理是使科学技术有效转化为生产力的重要手段和环节，本文从科技管理的主要内容、重点任务入手，分析了石油企业科技管理现状，就油气田高效开发及科技攻关所面临的新形势，提出了科技管理应加强完善的几个方面，以此来切实提高科技管理水平，加快油气田科技创新能力。
Science & Technology Supervise Actuality and Ponder of Petroleum

Abstract: The technical management is the important method and the link which causes the science and technology to transform to productivity effectively. This paper starts with main contents and emphases of technical management, analyzes technical management actuality of petroleum enterprise, brings up some aspects which should be enhanced and perfected from the new situation which the oil-gas field highly effective development and scientific problem tackling should face, to advance the sci-tech management level and speed up the technical innovation of gas field.
