摘  要：农业、农村和农民问题，是一个关系我国革命、建设和改革全局的根本性问题。邓小平一直高度重视“三农”问题，提出了一系列关于“三农”问题的观点、见解。重温邓小平的“三农”思想，对全面推进社会主义新农村建设，具有十分重要的现实意义。
