PLC变频器在高速分散机中的应用

摘  要:本文针对中山涂料厂的高速分散机工作时,主机经常出现过载,依靠人工复位反复启动运转,造成分散稀释不均匀,质量不稳定。为提高生产效益,保证涂料质量。分析了如何使用PLC与变频器对高速分散机进行改造后,一次循环分散就可以达到均匀稳定的质量。

Application of PLC Transducer in High-speed Dispersion Machine

Abstract: The main frame was often overloaded when the high-speed dispersion machine of Zhongshan coatings factory worked. It had to be reset manually and restarted repeatedly. Therefore the coatings were not dispersed and diluted evenly. The machine must be reformed in order to improve production efficiency and ensure the quality of coatings. In this article, a method is introduced to reform the high-speed dispersion machine with PLC and transducer so that the quality of coatings can be ensured in one cycle of dispersing.
